A Few Tips while we are dealing with a stressful situation.

It's not over yet. But it will for sure, although not so soon, not so late either. Until then, Stay at Home, Stay Hydrated & focus on boosting immune system in natural way. Wash hands with Dettol soap will do, don't rush for hand sanitizers.

Find a way (charity organizations) to contribute your food with those who don't have any. Just imagine hungry faces of the young childrens. Doesn't it bring tears in your eyes. Please give back to the community. It's the time now.

And, it's time to reflect back on your life and think how could you do better. No regrets, just get the lessons. There is no failure, just feedback.

Exercise and meditate daily. This MCO is your test for personal discipline and to realize your common excuse "no time" is actually lack of discipline or priority.
